ELKINS, W.Va. – Coach Rachel Swartz and her Davis & Elkins College women's basketball team face a huge challenge Wednesday night.  Glenville State, the number one ranked team in the country visits the McDonnell Center.

The Senators are paced by Dream Cherry.  Cherry averages 16.3 points per game.  Peyton Mohler is second on the team in scoring with an average of 12.5.  Mohler also pulls down 6.1 rebounds per contest.  Marissa Berlin averages a double-double on the year with 12.3 ppg and 10.2 rebounds.

Re'Shawna Stone leads the Lady Pioneers.  Stone scores 18 a night followed by Zakiyah Winfield 17.2. 

D&E enters the contest 6-17 overall and 3-15 in the Mountain East Conference.

Glenville State enters 23-0 overall and 18-0 in the MEC.

Tip-off is set for 5:30pm.
