ELKINS, W.Va. – The Davis & Elkins women's basketball team returns to action Wednesday night at Fairmont State.
The two teams met in Elkins on November 20
th, with the Falcons winning 89-63.
D&E enters the contest 3-10 overall and 0-8 in the Mountain East Conference.
Dream Cherry leads all freshman in MEC scoring and is seventh overall with an average of 16.3 points per game.
Marissa Berlin averages a double-double with 12.1 points and 10.2 rebounds.
Peyton Mohler averages 9.2 points and grabs 5.2 rebounds per contest.
Fairmont is led by Alyssa DeAngelo. DeAngelo is second in the MEC in scoring, averaging 17.5 points per game. Veteran guard Sierra Kotchman averages 16.8.
The Falcons enter the contest with an overall record of 8-5, they are 6-2 in league play.
Tip-off is set for 5:30pm inside Joe Retton Arena.
