Frostburg, Md. -- The Senators rolled to a 19-point victory to improve to 1-1, beating Pitt-Johnstown in the final game of the Jim Crawley Conference Challenge held on the campus of Frostburg State University.

Davis & Elkins led 23-16 after the first period and never looked back. Scoring 16-points off turnovers, 19-points from second chances, and 23-points off the bench, the Senators adjusted after their opening day loss to earn the statement victory.

D&E had three players score double-digit points. Dream Cherry led the scoring with 21 points, followed by Marissa Berlin with 20, and Allie Taylor with 16.

Marissa Berlin had an outstanding game as she recorded a double-double, with 20 points and 22 rebounds. Ten of the 22 rebounds came on the offensive side, contributing to those 19 second chance points.

The Senators look to keep the win streak alive when they take on Edinboro on Wednesday, November 17^th on the road.
