BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — Mountain East Conference officials announced the 2026 All-MEC Baseball teams Tuesday afternoon, with Davis & Elkins College placing two student-athletes on the postseason list.

Junior second baseman Zach Calef-Boring earned Second Team All-MEC honors following a standout season at the plate and in the field. Calef-Boring led the Senators offensively, finishing the year with a .351 batting average while totaling 60 hits, 22 RBIs, eight doubles, and 23 runs scored. He also drew 11 walks and added four stolen bases. Defensively, Calef-Boring posted a .959 fielding percentage, providing consistency for Davis & Elkins up the middle.

Freshman outfielder Kenny Capria was named Honorable Mention All-MEC after an impressive debut season. Capria started 50 games for the Senators and batted .303 with 47 hits, 32 runs scored, and nine RBIs. He tallied nine doubles, two triples, and one home run while showcasing speed on the basepaths with 12 stolen bases. Capria also demonstrated patience at the plate, drawing 34 walks during his freshman campaign.

The All-MEC teams and individual honors were determined by a vote of the league's 11 head coaches ahead of this week's conference championship.
