ELKINS, W.Va. – Three members of the Davis & Elkins men's lacrosse program have been recognized for their success in the classroom, earning spots on the 2024-25 Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Academic All-Conference Team.

Senators Chuck Kretchman, Charlie Taylor, and Avery Linthicum were among the more than 3,000 student-athletes across the league honored by the conference office on Friday afternoon.

To qualify for the Academic All-Conference Team, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher on a 4.0 scale and must have completed at least one full academic year at their institution. This year's list includes competitors from 26 championship sports across the conference's full membership.

The trio of Senators helped represent Davis & Elkins in the league's annual academic recognition, which highlights the commitment to excellence both on the field and in the classroom.
