ELKINS, W. Va. - Davis & Elkins College and Director of Athletics Dr.
Jennifer Riggleman have announced the hiring of
Justin Case as the next Head Wrestling Coach at D&E. Case brings a wealth of experience at the high school, collegiate, and international levels, along with a passion for developing championship-caliber athletes on and off the mat.
"I am pleased to accept the position as Head Wrestling Coach at Davis & Elkins College," said Coach Case. "It has been a big dream of mine to become a NCAA coach. Â I received a warm welcome from a wonderful staff at D&E. Â I look forward to embracing the mountain heritage here at D&E and leading the Senators to success on and off the mat."
A former NCAA Division I wrestler at the University of North Carolina - Greensboro and a veteran of the All-Marine Corps Wrestling Team, Case has established himself as a proven leader and mentor. His coaching résumé includes positions at Patrick & Henry Community College, Dalton L. McMichael High School, and Southwest Guilford High School, where he guided numerous athletes to state championships and NCAA Division I success. Among those he's helped develop are All-Americans Jonathan Millner (Appalachian State) and Caleb Smith (Nebraska).
Case holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Medicine with a minor in Coaching from UNC - Greensboro, and is nationally certified in personal training, weight loss, and nutrition through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Known for his emphasis on discipline, technical excellence, and team culture, Case is committed to building a competitive and respected wrestling program at D&E.
