SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Davis & Elkins picked up a 6-1 victory over Shepherd on the road Saturday.

Taiki Umeda picked up a 3-6, 6-3, 10-4 win in the #2 singles spot and teamed with Viktor Yanev to win the #1 doubles contest 6-2.

Filippo Buffo, Santiago Ordonez, and Vinicius Azeredo also picked up wins in singles matches.

Anthony Martins won by forfeit and he and Azeredo picked up the forfeit win in doubles.

The team plays next at Millersville, Pa. on March 19.
