ELKINS, W.Va. – Davis & Elkins swimming had another chance to improve on its times and seeding for the upcoming conference swimming championships, hosting a virtual intersquad meet on Saturday afternoon at Myles Pool.
The Senators, who were originally slated to swim against Salem (W.Va.), moved to the virtual format to still have the chance to compete on. While there was no opponent in the facility on Saturday, Davis & Elkins divided its team into three sides to add a level of competitiveness to the unique event. The virtual format was tied to the West Virginia Wesleyan and Alderson Broaddus dual that took place on Friday, February 13.
Barbara Bernal had two individual wins on the afternoon in the 200 free (2:13.36) and the 100 fly (1:05.87).
