Davis & Elkins College sophomore Men's Lacrosse player
Tyler Kolodka was selected to play for Team Poland in the 2019 World Junior Indoor Lacrosse Championships.
The tournament, which begins Tuesday in Mississauga, Ontario, running through this upcoming Sunday, August 11th. Kolodka, a native of Beamsville, Ontario, scored two goals and added three assists in his debut season for the Senators.
Kolodka is eligible to play for Team Poland due to his grandfather being born in an area of the Ukraine that was ceded to Poland following World War II.
"I think box is a great way to help guys shape their game in field, bringing in the physicality and catching balls in tight spaces. I'm going to be in good shape and ready to go following this competition," said Kolodka.
