Shorthanded Senators Drop Two Meets at John Carroll Duals

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Davis & Elkins wrestling took to the mat on Sunday at the John Carroll Duals, taking on host John Carroll and Lycoming in two dual meets. D&E fell in both matches, as both John Carroll and Lycoming took advantage of a depleted Senator lineup to pick up wins in key matches. Craig Cook continued his strong start to his career, picking up two wins on the day in the 133-lb. weight class. Chad Tracy and Joseph Wilson picked up their first wins in dual matches in the match against John Carroll. Noah Tarr recorded the only pin for the Senators on the day, taking down his Lycoming opponent in the second period at 165 lbs. D&E will return to the mat on Sunday, December 8th, taking part in the Bob Quade Cyclone Open in Hackettstown, N.J.
