BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – Davis & Elkins' Jordan Hyland was named the Mountain East Conference Men's Golfer of the Week presented by The Health Plan.
 
The senior took medalist honors at the D&E Battle at Brunswick with a two-under par (142) for the tournament. His performance also helped the Senators to a first-place finish at the event, which included a win over the 36^th-ranked team in the country, Wayne State.

Charleston's Beatrice Dietz was recognized as the MEC Women's Golfer of the Week.
