PREVIEW: Men’s Golf Wraps Up Historic Season at 2021 NCAA DII Nationals

ELKINS, W.Va. — Davis & Elkins continues its impressive 2020-21 campaign this week at the NCAA DII Men's Golf Championships, held May 17-21 from the scenic PGA National Resort in Florida.

D&E earned an automatic bid, one of just 16 across the country, after placing third at the 2021 NCAA DII Atlantic/East Regional in Erie. Additionally, the top four individuals not associated with a team qualified for the national tournament.

Play begins May 17-19 before the match-play finals commence on May 20-21.

"We are all excited and grateful for this opportunity to showcase our program and compete on a national stage," head coach J.D. Lamm said. "I'm so proud of our young men for turning a year that was so abnormal and complicated into something so terrific. We've had a really good week of practice heading into the tournament and I feel like the team is ready to compete."
