NEW ORLEANS – Eleven Davis & Elkins College student-athletes have been named to the 2025 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Atlantic All-Region team, as announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Lauren Twyman, Savanna Hardman, Cameryn Wheeler, Taytum Walls, Ella Hesson, Tristan Blatt, Jan Thewes, Slate Swiger, Carter McKenna, Jackson Gibson, and Ryan Rasco each earned All-Region honors following the conclusion of the regular season. The distinction is awarded to the top five individuals and top three relay teams in each event per region.
Women's All-Region Honorees
Twyman secured two All-Region honors in the mile and the distance medley relay (DMR). She finished as the Mountain East Conference (MEC) runner-up in the mile, setting a school record with a time of 5:04.85. This brings her career total to four All-Region selections across cross country and track.
Hardman earned All-Region recognition in the 3,000-meter event after finishing as the MEC runner-up with a school-record time of 9:59.44. Combined with her All-Region honor from the cross country season, this marks the second such accolade of her career.
Hesson, Walls, and Wheeler joined Twyman on the MEC championship-winning DMR team, which set both a school record and an MEC championship record with a time of 12:08.11. This is the first career All-Region honor for all three athletes.
Men's All-Region Honorees
Blatt was a three-time All-Region selection, earning honors in the 800-meter, mile, and DMR events. The MEC Freshman of the Year became only the second Senator to win three All-Region honors in a single season. His impressive indoor campaign featured a school record and NCAA provisional qualifying time in the 800 meters (1:52.31), while his season-best mile time of 4:12.02 came as the MEC runner-up.
Thewes secured All-Region honors in both the 3,000 meters (8:22.84) and the 5,000 meters (14:15.69), the latter of which was an NCAA provisional qualifier and school record. The six-time All-Region honoree capped his career as the first-ever NCAA Atlantic Region Cross Country Champion in program history during the 2024 season.
McKenna added to his school-record total of career All-Region selections with his performance in the 5,000 meters, where he ran an NCAA provisional time of 14:17.24. The senior now boasts 12 All-Region honors across cross country, indoor, and outdoor track.
Swiger earned individual All-Region honors in the mile, where he set a school record with a time of 4:11.59. Combined with the DMR, Swiger finished the season with two All-Region accolades.
Gibson and Rasco joined Blatt and Swiger on the DMR team, which earned a runner-up finish at the MEC Championships and set a school record with an NCAA provisional time of 9:59.44. This marked Gibson's fourth career All-Region honor across track and cross country, while Rasco earned his second career All-Region selection.

Six other Senators finished in the top 10 of the Atlantic Region rankings but narrowly missed All-Region honors:

- Jordan Thomas – 6th, 5,000 meters; 8th, 3,000 meters
- Lydia Falkenstein – 6th, 5,000 meters; 7th, 3,000 meters
- Savanna Hardman – 7th, 5,000 meters
- Jackson Gibson – 10th, mile
The Senator men finished the season ranked fifth in the Atlantic Region for the second consecutive year, while the women achieved their highest regional ranking in program history at No. 11.
