BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — The Mountain East Conference (MEC) announced its Academic All-MEC and Commissioner's Honor Roll recipients for the Fall 2024 semester on Friday, February 7, recognizing 85 student-athletes from Davis & Elkins College for their outstanding academic achievements.
The Academic All-MEC distinction is awarded to student-athletes who achieved a grade-point average (GPA) between 3.70 and 4.00, while those with a GPA between 3.25 and 3.69 earned a place on the Commissioner's Honor Roll. Across the conference, 1,264 student-athletes earned recognition, with 692 qualifying for the Academic All-MEC list (56 percent).
Davis & Elkins women's soccer led all teams with 18 student-athletes named to the Academic All-MEC list, in addition to three athletes earning Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition.
