HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The Davis & Elkins track team competed at the Mountain East Conference indoor track championships this past weekend. 

Competing with a roster made up of mostly distance runners the team was able to come away with 7 different individuals on podiums (top 3), 7 more school records, and 29 individual scorers (counting relays). 

The track team now goes right into the outdoor season with their next competition coming March 18th-19th at the Washington & Lee Invitational.

*The indoor championships required a top 16 ranking in the event, so qualification alone into the championships was an honor in itself.
