ELKINS, W.Va. – Coach Daniel Mondragon's Senator basketball team will host the University of Charleston Golden Eagles this Saturday inside the McDonnell Center.

Davis & Elkins enters the contest 6-17 overall and 4-13 in the Mountain East Conference

UC enters 18-5 overall and 13-4 in the MEC.

D&E is led by Sam Rolle IV.  Rolle is currently second in the MEC in scoring with 21.6 points per game.  Breland Walton returned from injury and has regained his form.  Walton scores 17.1 ppg and grabs 9.4 rebounds a night.  Ben Gilliam has been asked to step-up and the freshman has responded well.  Over the last five games Gilliam has averaged 13.6 ppg and 6.6 rebounds.

Eddie Colbert III leads Charleston.  Colbert averages 14.5 ppg and 6.1 rebounds.  Keith Williams is good for 12.6 ppg followed by Lamont McManus 11.3

Tip-off is scheduled for 4:00pm.
