BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – The Mountain East Conference (MEC) released its All-Academic Teams on Wednesday for the spring 2021 semester.
 
To be a member of the All-MEC Academic Team, student-athletes must be a member of the active roster and have a grade-point average of 3.70-4.00 in the semester of their championship season. To qualify for the Commissioner's Honor Roll, a student-athlete must be a member of the active roster and post a grade point average between 3.25-3.69 in the semester of their championship season. 
 
After shifting fall and winter competition to the spring semester, all sports competed in their championship season during the spring of 2021.
 
The sports included for D&E were acrobatics and tumbling, baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's cross country, men's and women's golf, women's lacrosse, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's swimming, softball, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's track and field, volleyball and wrestling.
