Alyssa Cairns in extra innings of Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader to win 6-5 over the visiting Tiffin Dragons.
The doubleheader was initially scheduled for Saturday, but due to weather was moved to Monday at Glenville.
Haley Grindstaff was strong on the mound in Game 1, pitching a complete game allowing just 3 runs in 7 innings.
Jordan Crawford went 2-4 with an RBI double, scoring
Katie Manson who went 1-3. Tiffin scored runs in the 6th and 7th innings to win 3-1.
In Game 2, both teams exchanged early runs, and a three-run third inning to give the Senators a 4-1 lead.

Jade Allee, who surrendered four runs while going the distance.
The game went into extra innings tied 5-5, but
Alyssa Cairns beating out an infield single started the rally. Cairns would advance on a single by
Brittany Wade, and would score the game-winning run when
Ryn Boelter drove her in to defeat the Dragons 6-5.
Katie Manson went 3-4 in Game 2, and
Rhetta Persinger added two hits.
The Senators will take to the road this weekend with doubleheaders against Ursuline and Lake Erie.
