ELKINS, W.Va. -- The Senators couldn't get much going offensively against West Liberty in their opening game and fell 4-0 at home on Saturday night.
The teams held even for the first twenty minutes until the Hilltoppers' Vitor Otsuka scored to make the match 1-0.
The first half's back-and-forth affair ended 1-0 in favor of West Liberty.
West Liberty scored the first of three goals midway through the second half and D&E was unable to recover.
In total, four different Hilltoppers contributed goals in the contest.

Nicklas Berg-Eriksen turned away three shots on goal.
