FROSTBURG, Md. – Shemar Daley led the way for Davis & Elkins in a road win over Frostburg State Sunday. Daley's hat trick sparked a come-from-behind 4-3 victory for the Senators who trailed 2-1 at halftime.
Frostburg struck first with an unassisted goal by Kevin Garcia-Torres in the thirty-first minute.
Daley evened the scored when he scored in the thirty-fourth minute on a
Modou Faye assist.
Mateo Cuadros scored in the closing minutes of the half to put the Bobcats up 2-1.
Dailey scored the first two goals of the second half to put D&E up 3-2. The first was assisted by
Ran Arad. The second goal, which completed the hat trick was unassisted.
Mateo Cuadros assisted Caleb Dell on a goal in the eighty-sixth minute for Frostburg to tie the contest 3-3.
With two minutes remaining,
Modou Faye scored an unassisted game winner for the Senators.
Grant Wyles had four saves in the net for D&E.
D&E is now 1-2-1 overall and in the Mountain East Conference.
