CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Davis & Elkins was able to hold off much of a strong offensive attack by the University of Charleston in a road contest Wednesday evening and come away with a 2-0 loss to the Golden Eagles.
Charleston kept D&E defenders on their heels, firing twenty-two shots in the match, with thirteen on goal. Conversely, the Senators took five shots, with four on goal.
The Golden Eagle scored a pair of goals in the contest. Franco Tradatti found the net in the first half, while Jose Suarez Monaco scored in the second.
