Turnovers Torment Senators in 76-67 Loss to Notre Dame College

SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio —

The Falcons of Notre Dame (Ohio) capitalized on 29 points off of D&E turnovers in a 76-67 victory on Saturday in South Euclid, Ohio.

An early deficit put the Senators behind early, and 28 turnovers halted any chance at a comeback, despite another double-double by Jamiyah Johnson, and a strong performance from the free throw line. Johnson would match her team-high 19 points with 19 rebounds, and Sydney Nestor (13 points) and Peyton Mohler (12 points) also would finish in double figures. Nestor and Mohler added five rebounds each, while Jay Kilpatrick and Rachel Bolyard led the Senators with three assists each.
