ELKINS, W. Va. — Davis & Elkins rode a balanced attack to get back on track with a straight-set win over visiting West Virginia Wesleyan on Tuesday night to close out play at home for the season. D&E controlled the net on the evening, finishing with two solo blocks and 14 block assists en route to their 10th conference win of the year. Five Senators saw more than 10 attempts, and 
Raleighanne Weaver posted an impressive .538 hitting percentage behind her eight kills. 
Kaitlyn LaCour added nine kills, and 
Solei Daniels finished with six. 
Lillie Mueller finished with three blocks, including one solo. 
Mya Mintschenko posted five kills and three blocks on the evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
	- First Set: Weaver was in control of the first set for D&E, with four kills on six attempts, in addition to two block assists.
 
	- Second Set: The Senators overcame a slow start, but a 5-0 run behind the serve of O'Kane propelled D&E in front.
 
	- Third Set: Following a 6-0 swing to give the Senators an 8-6 lead early, D&E capitalized on desperate attempts by the Bobcats to quell any potential for a comeback.
 
MATCH NOTES
	- Davis & Elkins completed the season sweep West Virginia Wesleyan, finishing with a 9-3 record in the McDonnell Center.
 
	- The Senators finished the regular season with a 9-3 mark at home, tying for their most wins inside the McDonnell Center in a season since 2011. 
 
	- Smith posted her 15th consecutive game with double-digit digs, leading the Senators with 13 on the night.
 
	- O'Kane served both of D&E's aces, including a tone-setting ace early in the first set.
 
	- Warren was the primary setter on the evening with 27 assists, but also was a force at the net adding three blocks.
