ELKINS- The Women Soccer team lost to Ohio Dominican 5-0 at home.
Becca Gordon opened the scoring for Panthers at the 17
th minute, after collecting a pass from Susan D'Isidoro. 10 minutes later, Lauren Bates scored from a pass from Alli Pavlik to bring up the score to 2-0. Shortly before halftime, Bates first hit the post but then followed up from her shot and scored her second goal of the game.
In the second half, Alli Pavlik scored a solo goal to extend the lead to four goals. Several minutes later, Bates capped off a hat trick by heading in a Cheyenne Story free kick.
The Senators had six shots on goal, but were unable to find the back of the net.
Lauren Hill had nine saves in the contest, but conceded five goals.
Ellie Rossiter led the team with two shots on goal.

The Senators return to action on Thursday at 5 pm against Ohio Valley.
