ELKINS – The Davis & Elkins Volleyball Team fell to Cedarville this evening in straight sets.
The Senators fell to a deficit early in the first set and lost 25-18.
In the second set, D&E quickly fell to a deficit, and unable to overcome it, losing 25-16.
D&E lost the third set 25-14 after falling to an early deficit.
Anna Gallup led the team with nine kills, followed by
Kaitlyn LaCour with six, and
Lillie Mueller by three.
Zoe Craig and
Madi Gil each had an ace.
LaCour and
Raleighanne Weaver had three blocks apiece,
Sasha Johnson had two blocks.
Zoe Craig led the team with 16 assists,
Karlie Richardson had nine assists, and
Kelly Smith had one.
Smith had seven digs, LaCour had six, Mueller had four.
The Senators return to action on October 27 at home against conference opponent Lake Erie at 7 p.m.
