Owensboro, Ky. – Men's Soccer crushed Kentucky Wesleyan 7-0 for its largest win of the season. Today's win was the largest margin of victory for the Senators since September 18
th, 2014, when they beat Ohio Valley 8-0 at home.
9 minutes into the game,
Tim Staerz scored his ninth goal of the season when he received a
Pablo Salvador Lopez pass and tucked the goal into right post.
Less than 50 seconds later,
Rafa Moreno scored his ninth goal of the season after receiving a Salvador Lopez pass.
2 minutes later, Moreno provided an assist to
Fredrik Hedemark to score his first goal of the season.
In the 36
th minute, JP Dingerdissen provided an assist to
Abel Ameyaw to score his second goal of the season.
In the 54
th minute, Hedemark made a quick pass to
Alex Samarzich, who then tucked it in the left post.
Ameyaw scored his second goal of the game in the 63
rd minute after receiving a Staerz pass.

Ayo Adeyina pounced on a rebound to score his first goal of the season.
The Senators completely dominated the game as they had a season high 40 shots and 22 shots on goal.
Hedi Mehnaoui was faced with twelve shots and made six saves.
Ameyaw, Salvador Lopez and Dingerdissen each had four shots on goal, followed by Hedemark, Staerz and Samarzich, who had two shots apiece.
