ELKINS, W.Va. – Sixteen members of the Davis & Elkins College softball team have been named 2024-25 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association has announced. This honor is reserved for student-athletes who sustain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher throughout the academic year. 

Representing the Senators are Linzey Allard, April Belcher, Allie Cuellar, Cortney Dobbs, Trinity Fleming, Makenzie Gregory, Jules Gutierrez, Alyssa Haynes, Meg Henkle, Halee Jones, Maybe Ledesma, Andrea Pannell, Lorena Ruiz-Rubio, Madison Smith, Gweny Wessling and Ashlyn Zapach.

This year, a total of 2,179 NCAA Division II softball student-athletes earned Easton/NFCA Scholar-Athlete honors, with 9,199 across all divisions nationwide receiving recognition for maintaining a 3.50 GPA or above.
