Evansville, Ind. -- The Senators fell to Thomas More in the final game of the Blue Bridge Battle by a score of 8-5. Alyssa Haynes led the Senators offense going 2 for 3 with 2 homeruns, 4 RBI and 2 runs scored.

The Saints would jump out to a 4-0 lead after two innings. The Senators would get on the board in the bottom of the third when Haynes would hit a 2-run homerun to make the score 4-2 after three innings.

The Senators would add another run in the bottom of the 5th inning but would trail 8-3 going into the bottom of the seventh. Haynes would hit her second homerun of the game in the seventh inning to cut the lead to 8-5 but the Senators wouldn't be able to finish the comeback.

Sharon Morales went 2 for 3 with 3 runs scored, a triple and 2 stolen bases.
