Philadelphia, Pa. -- The Senators picked up their first win of the season by taking down Holy Family 15-5 on the road.
Xzavier Jankowiak scored 3 goals on the day to lead the offensive attack.
The Senators jumped out to an early lead by scoring 4 goals in the first period to take a 4-1 lead. The second period would be more of a defensive struggle for both teams as only 3 total goals were scored with the Senators going into halftime with a 6-2 lead.
Coming out of halftime the Senators would dominate the third period outscoring the Tigers 5-0 to take an 11-2 lead going into the fourth period. The Senators would grow the lead to 15-3 before the Tigers added 2 late goals to reach the final score.
Joshua Allegra would lead the team in points with 4 (1 goal and 3 assists) while collecting 4 groundballs.
Devon Garcia,
Karsen Kronen and
Owen Taylor would each score 2 goals on the day.
Jared Foster had 11 saves in goal for the Senators.
