ERIE, Pa. — Despite standout efforts from Sam Rolle IV and Dontrell Jenkins, Davis & Elkins College fell to Gannon University 110-77 in a non-conference matchup Wednesday night at the Hagerty Family Events Center.

Rolle IV led the Senators with 22 points, showcasing his versatility by scoring both inside and at the free-throw line, where he went a perfect 7-for-7. Jenkins contributed 13 points, consistently finding opportunities around the basket. Nnadozie Okoroji also chipped in with eight points, including two three-pointers, while Ja'Kobe Strozier added nine points off the bench, helping the Senators' reserves post 37 points.

Davis & Elkins struggled with turnovers, committing 20 that led to 33 Gannon points, and was outpaced in the paint where the Golden Knights scored 54 points. Gannon's offensive push, led by Ernest Shelton's 23 points, ultimately proved too much for the Senators, who dropped to 1-3 on the season.
