ELKINS, W.VA. – The Davis & Elkins College men's basketball team welcomed Notre Dame College inside the McDonnell Center on Saturday afternoon.  NDC would hold of a late run by the Senators and secure an 82-76 road victory.

The Falcons jumped out to 13-4 lead with 15:06 remaining in the first half.  NDC would extend their lead to as much as 20 points and led 44-27 at the break.  D&E would keep chipping away, eventually cutting the Falcon lead to just four with 41 seconds remaining.  NDC's Jaedon Willis would go 4-4 from the free throw line the final 31 seconds to secure the win.

Breland Walton returned to the line up for the Senators.  Walton led the team in points with 23 and in rebounds with nine.  Sam Rolle IV had 19 points and dished out eight assists. 
Cortney Walton scored 13 points and grabbed seven boards followed by Ben Gilliam eight points and seven rebounds.

Notre Dame College was led by Tyland Crawford.  Crawford had 26 points going 6-10 from three.  Samuel Jackson scored 14 points followed by Willis 10.

Davis & Elkins drops to 6-16 overall and 4-12 in the Mountain East.

NDC improves to 13-9 overall and 10-6 in the league.

The Senators return to action on Wednesday night.  They travel to Institute to take on West Virginia State.  Tip-off is slated for 7:30pm.
