BUCKHANNON, W.Va. -- Davis & Elkins men's and women's tennis fell to West Virginia Wesleyan on Friday afternoon. 

The men's team, playing in a rescheduled match, dropped a 6-1 decision to the Bobcats. Meanwhile, the women's team lost a narrow 4-3 match to follow. 

D&E nabbed points in each of the first three singles matches on the women's side, with Taylour Newman, Chavana Sreenath and Carter Nettina all nabbing wins. For the men, Alvaro Legoinha continued his strong play of late with a victory at number two singles.
