Hanna Bond put the Senators ahead 14-13 with 2:29 left on Sunday against the Ursuline Arrows to give D&E their first GMAC win of the season.
Angelina Horan led the way with nine goals, converting all four free position attempts in a dominant performance for the Senators.
Ryann Sumner added three more goals, and
Morgan Graham, Horan, and
Savannah Stanford all had four ground balls on the day.
But it was
Hanna Bond's goal that proved to the game winner in a tight game that featured six lead changes.
Ebele de la bay Coffie played the entire game in goal, finishing with 13 saves on the day.
