NASHVILLE, Ten. -
Edmund Parker continued his torrid streak, adding 23 points to eclipse 1,000 for his career, but the Senators fell on the road to Trevecca Nazarene 72-63.
The Trojans rolled through the first half, leading by as many as 16 before a rallied queued by Parker's scoring commenced. The Senators would pull within six late in the second half, but it was not enough as Trevecca picked up their second straight win by a score of 72-63.
Parker led the Senators in scoring for the third straight game, with 23 points.
James Rider was perfect in four free throw attempts to finish in double figures with 11 points.
Marcus Friend added nine points, five rebounds and three steals, while
Erkam Kiris led the Senators with seven rebounds.
Davis & Elkins will return home to host Cedarville on Thursday. Tip-off in the McDonnell Center is set for 7:30 PM, immediately following the women's game.
