MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The Davis & Elkins College Women's Tennis team fell to Walsh University 7-2 Friday afternoon in Great Midwest Athletic Conference action at the Ridgeview Racquet Club.
The Senators picked up a pair of tiebreaker victories in their first match in over three weeks.
Laura Fermosel and
Elise Simon earned the Senators only point in doubles play, going the distance in No. 1 doubles against Mercedes Fernandez and Clara Drasch before winning the tie breaker 10-3 to clinch a 9-8 victory.
