CANTON, Ohio – The Volleyball Team fell to Malone in three sets on Thursday night, falling 25-12, 25-13, 25-14.
 
In all three sets, the Senators fell behind early but was unable to overcome the deficit, ultimately losing in straight sets.
 
Sasha Johnson and Alexa Smarra led the team with five kills, followed by Lillie Mueller with three.
 
Johnson and Karlie Richardson each had an ace.
 
Raleighanne Weaver and Anna Gallup each had two blocks, Johnson had one.
 
Richardson led the team with nine assists, followed by Zoe Craig with seven, and Kelly Smith with three.
 
Mueller led the team with 10 digs, followed by Smith with eight, and Richardson with five.
 
The Senators will take on Walsh in Canton, Ohio on Saturday at 2 p.m.
