Senator Synopsis:

"It was a solid opening day for us," D&E head coach Kimberly Stiles said. "There is definitely room for improvement.  We left a lot of runners on base in the second game and that hurt us, but we also had some very good performances today from a number of players – both upperclassmen performing as expected and freshmen jumping right in and getting their jobs done.

What's Next:
The Senators take on Shaw University tomorrow at 1:00 PM in a double header before heading to Fayetteville State on Sunday.
