As a Junior (2015): Started all 44 games at shortstop ... hit .325 with seven doubles, one triple, three home runs and 20 RBI ... hit a walk-off home run against Alderson Broaddus (4/15). 

As a Sophomore (2014): Played in 49 games ... Scored 19 runs for the Senators.

High School: Played for Coach Robertson at Heritage High School...Lettered in softball (4) and basketball (4)...Received 1st team and 2nd team coaches honors...made the honor roll...

 Off the field: Kayla is the daughter of Dave and Carolyn Whoolery...She is miajoring in Criminology...her favorite food is "pizza", favorite movie is "Grease", favorite Sports Team is "Steelers", and favorite color is "yellow"...
