CLARION, Pa. – The Davis & Elkins College Men's Basketball team fell to Clarion University 86-84 Tuesday night, unable to hold off a late rally by the hosts.
The Senators led by as much as 16 early in the game, but the Golden Eagles tied the game at 61 midway through the second half.
Davis & Elkins stayed in front and held a 4-point lead in the final two minutes, before Clarion went on a 9-3 run to end the game.
Kevin Bracy-Davis led the scoring for the Senators recording a double-double with 18 points and 15 rebounds.

Rickenjee Bellevue each scored 15 points in the game. Bellevue just missed a double-double, finishing with nine rebounds. Simpson had three assists and three steals.
Jordan McElveen also finished in double figures with 11 points, five rebounds and five assists.
The Senators will now have a couple days off before a trip to Denver. Davis & Elkins will take on Metro State and Regis in Denver on Friday and Saturday.
