Harley Kinney is in her third season as an assistant coach for the women’s lacrosse program at Davis & Elkins during the 2023-2024 school year. Kinney was the first hire for Pomeroy since taking the head coaching role at D&E back in June of 2021.
With assisting the women’s lacrosse program, Kinney’s main roles are recruiting coordinator off the field and defensive coordinator on the field.
Kinney arrived at D&E after playing collegiate lacrosse in Wisconsin at Northland College and Marian University, while also playing soccer and ice hockey.
Kinney earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Kinney wants to thank her parents, Wyvern and Patrick Kinney, for their continued support. Kinney is a member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa “Ojibwe.” She resides in Elkins.
