BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — The Mountain East Conference (MEC) announced its Academic All-MEC and Commissioner's Honor Roll recipients for the Fall 2025 semester on Tuesday, recognizing 95 student-athletes from Davis & Elkins College for their outstanding academic achievements.
The Academic All-MEC distinction is awarded to student-athletes who achieved a grade-point average (GPA) between 3.70 and 4.00, while those with a GPA between 3.25 and 3.69 earned a place on the Commissioner's Honor Roll. Across the conference, 1,323 student-athletes earned recognition during the Fall 2025 semester.
Davis & Elkins men's soccer led all Senators teams with 17 student-athletes named to the Academic All-MEC list, while an additional 13 earned Commissioner's Honor Roll recognition.
The Senators' academic honorees by sport include:
- Men's Cross Country: 4 Academic All-MEC, 6 Commissioner's Honor Roll
- Men's Golf: 4 Academic All-MEC, 3 Commissioner's Honor Roll
- Men's Soccer: 17 Academic All-MEC, 13 Commissioner's Honor Roll
- Volleyball: 8 Academic All-MEC, 3 Commissioner's Honor Roll
- Women's Cross Country: 9 Academic All-MEC, 2 Commissioner's Honor Roll
- Women's Golf: 2 Academic All-MEC, 2 Commissioner's Honor Roll
- Women's Soccer: 13 Academic All-MEC, 9 Commissioner's Honor Roll
