WILSON, N.C. – The Davis & Elkins College volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to Frostburg State on Saturday afternoon at the Bulldog Invitational inside Wilson Gymnasium. 

Set scores were 25-15, 25-23, 25-9 in favor of the Bobcats. 

Saige Abbott paced the Senators with eight kills and 12 digs, while Braelyn Brenneman and Kelsea Moore each added five kills. Setter Keira Robinson dished out 21 assists and contributed five digs. On the defensive end, Neve Norris anchored the back row with 12 digs. 

After battling closely in the second set, where they hit .206 as a team, the Senators were unable to slow Frostburg's efficient attack, which finished the match hitting .266 with 36 kills. 

The loss drops Davis & Elkins to 0-3 overall, while Frostburg State improved to 1-2.
