Elkins, W.Va. -- The Senators used a strong second half to defeat West Virginia Wesleyan on Senior Day.
Ari Hinton led the Senators offense scoring five goals in the game.
The Senators jumped out to a quick lead scoring a goal just a couple minutes into the game but the Bobcats would add two goals in the final minute of the period to take a 2-1 lead. The Senator offense would get going in the second period as they scored the first four goals and took a 5-3 lead into halftime.
The offense kept the momentum going into the second half as they outscored the Bobcats 6-2 in the third period to take an 11-5 lead. The fourth period would be much the same as the Senators built their lead to 16-6 midway through the period leading to a 17-9 victory.
Ke'ya Stevens added three goals and an assist for the Senators.
Jessica Dwyer had four goals.
Marissa Cuevas picked up her 10th win of the season by picking up 10 saves.
