ELKINS, W.Va. -- Davis & Elkins senior
Breland Walton made the most of his final home game in the McDonnell Center, leading the Senators to a convincing 94-47 win over West Virginia Wesleyan.
Walton, one of six seniors recognized prior to the game, scored 21 points on 6 of 8 attempts; including 4 of 5 from beyond the three-point arc. He also pulled down ten rebounds and added a block.
Evan Busby,
Jordan Alexander,
Cortney Walton,
DJ Henderson, and
Ryan Wickham were also honored before tipoff. Busby contributed 13 points in the contest, while Alexander added 12 (all on three-pointers),
Cortney Walton had 10, Henderson added 7, and Wickham had 2 points and 6 rebounds.

D&E finishes out the regular season 18-10 overall and 12-10 in the Mountain East Conference. Coach Dan Mondragon's squad has won ten more games than they had a season ago. They enter the Mountain East Conference Basketball Tournament as the #6 seed. D&E earned a first-round bye and will play Charleston, the #3 seed in the quarterfinal round Friday, March 3 at 2:30pm.
