PITTSBURGH, Pa. -- The Davis & Elkins men's cross country team enjoyed a successful start to the 2022 season at Schenley Park in Pittsburgh during the Panther Open, hosted by the University of Pittsburgh.
The Senators had a 15:23 average for their top five runners as they finished third behind Division III Nationally-ranked Carnegie Mellon and the even winners, Pitt.

Emeric Arnaud led the way for the men, finishing ninth with a time of 15:02.4.

th) rounded out the top five for D&E.
Davis & Elkins returns to the course on Friday, September 16 when they host the Route 33 Cup, held at Glendale Park in Elkins. D&E will host Glenville State and West Virginia Wesleyan in the invitational.
