ELKINS, W.Va. -- Celebrating its three seniors,
Alvaro Legoinha,
Jacob Bowman and
Cody Turner, Davis & Elkins men's tennis dropped its final home matchup of the season to West Virginia Wesleyan by a 7-0 count on Monday afternoon.
Kyle Hawthorne battled in a 2-6, 2-6 defeat at number three singles, while
Jacob Bowman showed great resiliency in a 2-6, 3-6 setback at number five singles. Number one and two doubles were also tightly contested, with the Bobcats earning narrow 7-6 victories in both matches.
