Greensburg, Pa. -- The Davis & Elkins men's basketball team notches its first win in Wednesday's contest against the Seton Hill Griffins 77-71.
Led by Sam Rolle's 23 points, the Senators led by five at the half and held on in the second half to earn the six-point win.
Breland Walton stayed consistent in the attack for D&E with 12 points and 11 rebounds, giving him a double-double.
Evan Busby was also in double-digits with 13 points.
Forty of the Senators' 77 points came inside the paint. Davis & Elkins also forced 16 turnovers and converted them into 23 points. They also took care of the ball on their offensive attack with only nine turnovers.
D&E looks to keep the winning streak alive, taking on Fairmont State on Saturday, November 20
th in their home opener.
