BUCKHANNON, W. Va. – Davis & Elkins men's basketball was outscored 54-35 in the second half as West Virginia Wesleyan used two separate scoring runs in the final 20 minutes to pull away from the visiting Senators, 84-70, in the regular season finale on Saturday afternoon.

Senior guard Donte Doleman tied a game-high 18 points in a balanced effort for D&E. Senior forward Erkam Kiris notched 17 points to go along with six rebounds, two assists and three blocks. Monroe kept the scoring streak going as he converted a foul shot to move the Senators to a 22-15 lead at the nine-minute mark of the opening half.
