Wrestling Heads to Pennsylvania for Kutztown Duals Saturday, January 18th | Keystone Arena | Kutztown, Pa.
vs. Shippensburg (10 AM), vs. Millersville (12 PM), vs. #4 Pitt-Johnstown (2 PM), at #16 Kutztown (4 PM)
D&E will wrestle four dual matches on Saturday, including two nationally ranked programs from the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (
PSAC) at the
Kutztown Duals. After opening against Shippensburg at 10 A.M., the Senators will take on Millersville at 12 P.M. before battling #4 ranked Pitt-Johnstown at 2 P.M. and host #16
Kutztown at 4 P.M. in a challenging day of dual matches. These duals will serve as a great opportunity for the first-year Senators to crash the national landscape, both as a team and on the individual level. Noah

Craig Cook and
Chad Tracy were also picked up victories in the bracketed open.

Track & Field Continues Indoor Season at Pioneer Open

The Senators' track & field teams will have their first "full-squad" meet of 2020, heading to Marietta Ohio for the Pioneer Open, hosted by Marietta College. Field events will begin at 11:00 AM with track events beginning at 12:00 PM.
Dalton Irvine currently sits first in the MEC in the 60-meter hurdles event, narrowly missing an NCAA Provisional time at the WVU Invitational last weekend. Nicolas
Scarangello (
400m) and
Svea Timm (
3000m) also post top times in the MEC thus far this season, as the team looks to put up qualifying times ahead of next month's Mountain East Conference Championships.
Roxine Chambers will look to build off her efforts last week, which resulted in the MEC Women's Track Athlete of the Week award.

Swim Teams Finish Up Dual Meet Season at Salem

After closing out their home schedule last Saturday against West Virginia Wesleyan, the Senators Swimming teams will make the trip up to Salem and finish the dual meet schedule against the Tigers on Saturday. It will be the final dual meet for the program's seven seniors, as both teams are riding a three-meet win streak against the Tigers. D&E's men's team looks to close out their season with a fifth-consecutive win. In last year's victory over the Tigers, Nora Pierre won three events for the women's team.
The Senators have been no strangers to the league's athlete of the week award, collecting their second sweep of the honor this season.
Jiwh Santos and
Mia Ellison earned the league honors on January 15, respectively.
