Senator Perspective
"Always really nice to get a conference win and I thought it was a battle up and down through most of the game," stated coach Gene Smith. "I think for the most part we played a pretty uninspired second half. We were a little bit too casual and Trevecca battled, got a goal back and put us in a scary spot, but it is always nice to have six points on the board."
Trojan Perspective
"Great game, very even. The first goal was going to be key and D&E scored first and that gave them the edge. After that we were always chasing them and didn't have quite enough to catch up. I think it says a lot about our conference, should be very competitive," stated coach Mark Foster.
